Recent ICBC Policy Changes
Policy Changes
As of February 2, 2022 non-accredited collision repair facilities will no longer be able to direct bill using their ICBC account number for regular, private passenger vehicle repairs, with the exception of work commenced before February 2, 2022. Instead, the customer will need to be billed directly. The customer can then seek reimbursement from ICBC.
